In 2018, I made a decision that would shape my career and ultimately become my purpose.
I founded Placement Specialist because I believed recruitment could be done differently. Not faster. Not louder. Not by sending hundreds of CV’s and hoping for the best.
But by taking the time to truly understand people and business.
I wanted to build a recruitment consultancy where relationships came before transactions, where every client received a personalised, owner-managed service and where every candidate was treated with honesty, respect and genuine care.
Today, that vision remains unchanged.
Every recruitment assignment is personally managed by me because I believe exceptional results come from understanding a business, its culture and its people - not simply matching keywords on a CV.
